of the crop year which for this purpose

shall mean the date when the crops have

been harvested and sold.

Saca's remuneration for the sale of the permits shall

be the sun of Hong Kong Dollars Two hundred for each permit

sold except in the case of permits for colonists under the

age of five years for which no remuneration is payable.

Immediately on incorporation Compania Internacional

de Colonizacion and Saca respectively agree that they will

confirm and ratify this Agreement.

13. The benefit of this Agreement shall not without the

consent in writing of Compania Internacional de Colonizacion

be assignable.

14. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation

to this Agreement the same shall be decided by arbitration in

Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Code of

Civil Procedure.

15. This agreement is governed by and shall be construed

according to the law of Hong Kong.
